appraisal 比买价低6k. backout? go ahead?

正在过户的一个REO,我的lender的appraisal价格比买价低6k. seller不愿意降价match这个价格，因为seller自己几个月前的appraisal是卖价，同时有几个backup offer。这种情况，大家一般如何做？backout? go ahead? 现在市场上找不到类似的价格了(市场是否正常，我也不知道）。
