By 2008, every one will start to accept the reality, price may adjust further down, sales volumn will go further down... the worst for housing may happen by 2009. As to when it will recover? My fun prediction is 2011, + or - 2-3 years.

How would stock market do in a recession? I haven't done detailed studies. My gut feeling is that stock market won't do too well during a recession.
