不好意思再打扰一下

我的section 8 家庭很想租我的房子。我看这家人（Mexican)也还地道。就是人口多了一点 (the cutest daughter had a baby while still at high school), total 7 - three high schoolers and two babies.

我想如果 HUD pays the major portion and it is hard for them to find the right house at the right location (mine is within walking distance to their high school) and not all landlords want to lease to section 8, they should appretiate and my risk is low.

Am I right?
