This is a very typical asset protection strategy as he had mentioned in his books before. If you dig a little bit further into the news, you will realize that he let one of his (possible many) comanies go bankrupt, in order to not paying the 24 million fees in di*****ute. That's smart, he probably is happy now!

In fact, many other big players do the same. Trump bankrupted several times. American Airline had been bankrupted before, the latest example GM did the same thing facilited by O8 government. Corporations use this strategy to slash their debt, smart moves!
