China is affecting everyone. China consumes 50% of all steel and 50% of concrete poured in the whole world. Steel making coal is very much depressed because of the high speed train programs shut down, real estate market control, etc etc by China. Some coal mines in West Virginia have to be closed. There is rumor that they will close the mine I just toured because too large stockpile of coals on the site.
China has already restarted a lot of programs.
The steel making coal world market is 50% Australia, 25% Canada, 25% US. All these coals goes to Japan or Korean(small amount goes to China) for steel making. China buys lots of high speed train rails from Japan.
