痛苦。。。该做一个了断吗？

本人IT民工已经快20年了。近几年来，由于热衷地产和投资，对IT本职工作疏于照顾，每天基本上就是在混。最近本公司re-org，新来的director每星期都要下面的每个人口头汇报干了些啥。由于没干啥活并且也不愿干，所以俺找不到汇报的东西。这让俺很痛苦。很想辞职不干了，但是一想到要损失每年六位数的年薪，觉得太不划算。 痛苦呀痛苦。。。。
