太大的房子是不是不太适合出租？

最近看到一个房子，三千多尺，五个卧室。区还不错，价钱好，就是太大了。好象三千多尺的房子比两千尺的房子每个月也就多两百块的租金。但是维修起来要比两千尺的贵多了，光换地毯刷油漆就要多花不少钱。也不知道这么大的房子好不好租。

这房子估计要花四五千块修，卖价比两千尺的房子也就多一万块。还有一个问题，这么大的房子，居然只有一个空调，在德州是不是不可能把温度降下来？有没有必要和可能多装一个空调？费用多少？

有点犹豫，不知道该不该出手。
