再有，后院的deck, 厨房和卫生间的改建，都没有许可（permit）， 买下后，有麻烦吗？ 还是会影响贷款？

There is a slight diff here. If the live space is there, u just need to remove the unpermitted stuff. Otherwise, all structure should be removed.
