Any problem if name insured and owner of rental property are dif

We have two LLCs, A is owned by me and B is owned by my wife. Both have a few rental properties. Is it OK to insure all of these properties under A? In this case, for some properties, the owner and name insured will be different. Will the umbrella policy of A cover the properties of B since these properties are also insured under A?

Any one has such experience? Please be kind to help? Thanks.
