听过一个最牛的房东的故事： 一个鬼谷的中国呆子码工，赶时髦， 做房东。 把房子租给了一个劳模单亲妈妈。一次劳模单亲妈妈没有付房租， 码工去敲门要房租。劳模单亲妈妈说：“我现在没有钱， 要不我跟你睡两个晚上， 顶房租。”
