本薯看上个complex

准备花2年时间把它turn around。最有意思的是seller。他跟我说他跟我之间其实有另外两个owner都被他foreclose了。他给我seller finance。不过我觉得他是等着foreclose我。哈哈。他大概不知道本薯是slum lord，而且是最优秀的。

这个生意能不能做？2年后我把它卖掉，也做seller finance。然后等着foreclose下一个owner？我怎么觉得非常好赚啊。
