房地产股票的表现一直跟实际房地产业状况分离。所以，你这个题目应该更正为“做空房地产股票”。

说实在话，俺还不知道怎么做空房地产而不是股票呢，是卖出物业吗？要是你手上没有或者不多，怎么卖出呢？
