请教：怎样用IRA买房？

考古了一下， 是用Self-deirected IRA.

给CharlesSchwab 打了一个电话。他们说可以从IRA拿钱，60天内还，没有税的的问题。但是没法把钱放在房子上面，向论坛里说的。

请问老大们是怎么做的？

Self-deirected IRA有什么麻烦和需要注意的吗？
