为什么我的感觉很奇怪。agent 都说房子抢的连影子都看不到

为什么我看redfin上的交易价格总比listing price 低很多，而且看下面列的最近几个月来成交的房子，价钱不高啊？而基本所有的agent一说起来就像打了鸡血似的，“一出来十几个offer，一下就没了”。到底怎么回事？我在湾区。
