有一个新问题请教大家:
我刚买了一个45万的房子,情况如下:
1. offer上写明了: Seller to credit $5000 toward buyer's closing cost
2. 曾经和buyer agent口头上说好给我们他50%的commision作为rebate. (大概有$5000)
3. 现在loan agent可以给我们$5000的credit 如果选3.625%的高利率。
请问上面三种情况的rebate都是只能用于closing cost 上是吗? 这个房子的closing
cost大概$4000, 是不是上面的钱我都没法拿现金? 我可否用上面那些钱来装修房
子吗?
这种情况我怎么做才好?我本以为seller给的5000等于把房价降了, 现在看来不是这
样。:(
buyer agent rebate能拿到现钱吗?
