终于收到第一个房东反映问题的 email, 人生又完整了一回 :)

“This started last night. On the panel (where you enter Bake and turn the oven on) the buttons stopped working. Some of them work such as the stove top and the "off" button. The timer and start button do not. You may need to have someone come out and take a look as I dont want to mess with it and make things worse.”

I replied immediately: "Sorry to hear that. Let me contact the manufactuer. Could you email me the model name please.I will call them tomorrow. Hope your cooking is not affected too much."

He replied "We can go a day without eating... Haha just kidding. Its too hot for the oven anyhow! Thank you sir! Tomorrow is fine!!"

An LG tech contractor will come and the visit costs $55, the same cost if I have home warranty. Not bad.

不知道值不值得把所有的 properties bundle together and get a deal with a home warranty company.
