in AZ, garnished is allowed. You have to find out the person address to serve the court notice. 

I even have the judge put a note " must keep plantiff current address and financial situation if changed". It has a been a year that I did not hear from the defendents.

 

On the other hand, I received two calls from other collectors saying that xxx you need to call us for collection.  This tenant (defendents) used her landlord (my) phone! so is it criminal activity? that I can report ?
