新地主再求救---ＢＲＥＡＫ　ＬＥＡＳＥ

上周末（Sept。 23）签了第一个房客，6个月LEASE， SEPT.30 move in。收了 一个月租金作押金。 一对60岁的夫妇打算卖掉外地B&B， 回本地原公司上班（在本地住过25年， 5年前买了B&B搬到外地去的）。今天下午，打来电话， B&B 的买主贷款没批下来， 这对夫妇的B&B卖不掉。要取消和我签的LEASE。

我说我会尽快找新房客， 但不知什么时候能找到。我能扣他的押金作补偿吗？ 如何补？
