最近帮我的朋友买了一个SS。

减价第一天就去看，马上出offer。当天listing agent收到三个offer。我们给全价，另外两个builder没有agent，直接出cash offer给listing agent，都是超过全价。他们认为这个lot的价值就超过要价。

我朋友打算自住，是需要贷款的。

结果我们的offer被接受，银行也批了。十月份close。

房地产里面很多事情。不要以为你出价高就一定能拿到。也不要以为直接找listing agent就一定能拿到，更不要以为cash offer就高人一等。一步一步来，多想想为什么？时间长了你就懂了。
