你可以试试PENFED。 他们的HEL for Investment property 还不错。

我做过一次他们的HELOC。可惜他们有4个properties的限制，我申请的时候不知道这个限制，他们也没有告诉我。在快Close的时候问我这个问题，我那时刚刚现金买了一个白菜房。所以最后没有做成。
