unless NINA is back, no way anyone can get beyond 10 loans, let alone 20...

in the past, some small banks do residential blanket loans, but those are gone too.

I think the only way to grow right now, is bypass the bank, go beyond the bank, and wait til your portfolio can generate a healthy P&L for minimum 3 years, and get a commercial loan.
