征求意见：tankless water heater

刚刚买了人生中第一个投资房，加入地主大军，现征求推荐：

买的是一室的Condo，大约650sqft。现在water tank又大，位置又合理。如果换成tankless,并固定在墙上，既美观，又节省很多空间，能租个好价钱。

现有的tank是烧天然气的。有人装过tankless吗？效果如何？什么牌子比较好？有经验的给说说，谢了！
