Is it worth to invest this house? Price: $230K, Area:~1500SqtFeet, Rental: $1300-1400/month 
(Located in North California) Here is my math:

DownPay: $60k, mortgage: $170K ===> $1150 (mortgage + insurance + Property tax)
Management Fee:                     $80
Utility:                            $70
Garbage:                            $50
=============================================
                                    $1350
Any comment?
