My lease has a clause to request the tenants to buy renter's insurance. They also had initials on this line. I am not sure if you will buy or not.

My concern is only about my liability waviers in the lease agreement for the special 5 days. 也许这五天什么都不会发生。也许发生了什么事房客也不找我麻烦。但在给KEY之前多考虑一下没错。我在发帖以前就想加一个ADDENDUM改LEASE开始日。发帖的目的是为了多听听大家的看法。
