as soon as you sense the auto deduction is not working, you'll want to send in payment - yes, even it means there is a chance that month you might pay double pay (the one you send and the one the HOA turn out to deduct).

Again, the respon*****ility is to make sure they actually "receive" the pay, not that they'll deduct the payment.
