先不说医生情况，比如我朋友假定被诉，好像他有提到保险，假定保险不够cover, (如果败诉) ,要陪3个米，个人名下，200k，，赔光，then 是否会继续追钱到我朋友和老婆own llc, which includes all the rent houses? Any way to protect to continue from person to llc owned by person.
