发现加拿大 BC小镇附近的acreage不太贵，20万左右可买1-5 acres的地带房子 （三室的bunglow or rancher），我想买一个，先出租房子，租金1500CAD/month, 再种点水果（蓝莓，草莓或桃子，樱桃），这样能挣点钱算点钱，夏天我打算开着我的trailer去 农场camping （同租客商量好），我退休后再去农场享受田园生活，你们说我这打算如何？
