两个condo比较

想问问各位大拿，下面两个condo，选哪个？

1）中等区，离火车站近，有express line 进城。13万，condo 费 每月220，税1,800／年, 大概能租1100 到1200 ／月。住户们看着整齐一些

2）中下区，附近火车站只有慢车，7万，condo费每月300 （包utility)，税800／年，大概租900／月。 住户就是劳工阶层
