all my policies are commercial, the one covers sfh/duplex/office park, was 80-20, went from 22k to 31k, I had to change agent.. new policy is 24k, 100% replacement cost, 5k deductible, is now 24k...I do not cover interior contents(appliance cheap to replace), only structure.
