怎样查eviction and collection history.？ 第一次当房东，摸不到头脑。

这些在Credit History里面会有反映吗？ 租客的Application 表fax给了PM， PM死活不给我，就是说可以租。

我只看到两个人pay stub, 男主超过10万，女主也有7万左右，但两个人credit score 都不好，女的480，男的稍好
