"New Homefinder" -> "Neighborhoods" shows all the builders.

Even Linnar, there are several sites.
Go to Lennar.com, select California & San Francisco/Bay Area, will show you the sites (xxxxx At Mt. House). Some site should have smaller houses.

He he, if you do buy a house here, when you signing a contract, you can mention me as your referrer to take the advantage of their referrer program (Lennar will give $5000 to referrer so we can share it!!)
