再请教：$4500 水费 已看过的请绕过（加了些information）

原自住房空置4-5个月后出租。今年五月1号开始。6和7月水费超过$4500。Water guy told tenant there is leaking problem and tenant said they found the leaking sprinkler and turned off the leaking part.  Scheduled sprinkler check and repair. 现担心房客会不付水费， 认定问题开始就有。4月底交房时没查sprinkler。Sprinkler 大概6，7 月才开始用。我们该怎么办？会有什么问题？需注意什么？请指教。谢谢！
