试用Chase.com 的估价，大失所望。

前面看到Chase.com也可以查估价，顺手把我家附近几户点出来看了看。结果发现很多数据，面积，BR,BA 数，交易日期，错误甚多，于政府档案不符合。估价大概是偏低了5%-8%，似乎是反映了前一两年房价跌的时候，但最近交易的几笔是按实际交易的数字。
