美国人的超前消费是骨子里的，不仅表现在个人消费，也表现在township， state，and federal budget上。网上曾经批露过加州一个镇借债条款，极其荒唐。利息忘了是多少，只记得从现在到22年内不付利息， 从第23年开始付。为什么？因为头22年不用付啊，谁管23年后的事？
