大佬们，我想在德州组建一个房地产LLC把我的出租房全部放进去。

我作为这个公司的唯一owner和工作人员，请问我需要有realestate license吗？

本来不想办公司，但是随着手上各种白菜房的增加，感觉liability越来越大。特别是有些现金买的房子我没买保险，其中的原因一言难尽。

为了保护我自己的财产，我想把我的白菜出租房和我的主要财产尽快脱离开来。那位能告诉德州开办LLC的手续，在下先谢过了。
