难难难,选租客：律师，护士，牙医，工程师，还是商人?

有一白玉房，租1680，没想到有5家人申请，情况如下

1． 律师：单身，收入170K， 有猫2只，一付商业的面孔。
2． 护士：2小孩，11， 13， 老公收入加起来82K，猫一个， 刚force closure 房子，file bankrupt.
3． 商人：建筑管理商，狗一大个，收入 85K， 太太不工作，小孩大了。有时回来。
4． 牙医：猫一个，小孩2，一俩年会买房
5． 工程师：刚到这个城市，小孩一个，收入85K，小狗2

想给律师，又记得有人说律师很难deal with， 她愿意签2年。
想给护士， 又担心他file bankrupt.
想给商人，又担心狗太大
想给牙医，又担心 他不稳定
想给工程师，又担心他刚到这个城市，不稳定。

难难难，大家帮忙啊？
