关于dual agent

不是所有时候都work。

首先有些州不允许，当然不是没有方法绕开，比如通过list agent的partner

其次，有些agent非常传统，不愿意dual representation，认为这样是利益冲突

再者，有些银行要求short sales offer直接进equator，这样你就是找list agent用处也不大。

请大家拍砖。
