When real estate was booming, this could make someone rich, provided if he cashed out before peaking. In a downward cycle, leverage only gets one killed quicker. One domino could cause chain reaction.

So it is up to the investor if he wants gamble or not. Who knows, maybe one can stike a gold mine.

We have plenty of smart people here. LOL
