This 10W RMB project may be a BLUFF, be careful

I have the gut feeling that your hu*****and's friend in China is bluffing your hu*****and into false investment. I bet once the money is transfered there, it will fall into somebody's pocket, not into any water/electric project. 10-20% return? Your dream. Your hu*****and will be lucky to even get back this 10W RMB later.

If your hu*****and is ready to invest there, use your own fund in deposit account, so, you are ready to lose this. But if you borrow, then you are finding trouble for yourself. I mean your hu*****and is looking for trouble to borrow money and put that into a very suspicious project.
