要不是当年肯尼迪的宏伟的科技发展规划，美国也许现在掉到苏联的后面，也就谈不上苏联瓦解了，美国早就是老二了，也等不到中国现在来追第一。近代民主党打赢二战，后来又在科技竞争中战胜苏联，共和党做了什么？除了搞意识形态的战争，在经济和科技上没什么贡献，里根和小布什还留了一大滩的烂账给美国， 后患无穷。
