出租房三选一

都是3bd/2ba, 都在较好的区

1. 要价$155K, built in 1991， 1576 sqft, entry level subdivision in a large residential area.传统好区中较旧和便宜的部分。离任何商店都较远。租金 $1500/m.

2. 要价$160K, built in 1995, 1576 sqft, entry level subdivision,内部不如 house 1, 但也还可以接受.小区在好区边缘，比较旧，交通方便。离一些低端商业区近。总的来说生活很方便，但环境不够nice.小区里大概百分之十几的房子在做出租房。租金 $1300-1400/m.

3. 正在建的新房。在最近发展比较快的新区。比house1远一个exit,但下高速以后较近，所以总的交通时间差不太多。$165k, 1500sqft. 租金 $1500/m.

1和2 在同一小学，初中和高中。 3在新学区（从1，2的学区中分出来），离新建的初中和高中很近。新学区今年才建的，所以不知道会怎样。个人猜想比起别的学区应该算较好的，但不一定比得上1，2的学区。

我们自己住在1，2 的区里，不同小学但同一初中和高中。 距离上三个房子离家几乎一样远。大家觉得买哪个做出租房比较好，还是都不好呢？
