大家都是怎样调查出租房市场的？

除了craigslist? 正在看的这个区完全不允许造apartment，所以也没法参照apartment的租金。问题是大家都是怎样知道某个区的出租房需求呢？买房agent说很容易租出去（因为学区，等等），但是不放心。自己怎样research这个呢。这个问题很初级，请大家包涵。
