安装 luxury vinyl tile 问题

投资房的厨房现有SHEET VINYL地板，餐厅是地毯，下面是PLYWOOD SUBFLOOR。我打算把它们都升级为LUXURY VINYL TILE WITH GROUT。找来一个卖地板的说因为SHEET VINYL有61/4"的高度，要在餐厅加一层薄薄的水泥才可以让两间房的地板在一个高度，才能装LUXURY VINYL FLOOR，这样的话人工就贵多了，否则我就自己装了。

我想请问大家，真的有这个必要加一层水泥吗？1/4" 好像差别不是很大么。
