我被告了， sued, 求帮助.

就一个出租房子，住户 住了3年。 把garage door 两年前撞弯了， 他们不承认，今年年初他们又把 两个 garage door 之间的那个 柱子 撞了， 柱子向外移动了2 inch , 我和几个人一起把它砸回去，但是也不是完全到位， 是个承重的 柱子， 所以他们搬走的时候我 扣了他们 5百块， 他们现在 sue 我。 

这是不是影响我以后的credit? 我refinance 是不是受到影响？ 请大家给我一些上法庭的tips. 叩谢！！！
