可能各州法律不同，不过我还是不太相信非请律师不可。

昨天那个流氓律师走了以后，法官就和那个PM说：

I am pretty sure there is no law saying you have to have an attorney, but you do need authorization document from owner. The attorney was not questioning you are not an attorney, but he questioned whether you are a proper representation of owner.
