好象是:3.625 ~ 3.875%

记得这里的一位大佬说过 1% rule of thumb. 用0.5 ~ 1%来计算租金

1) 380K * 1% = $3800 的租金

2)　380K * 0.5% = $1900　的租金.

你借了280K,大概房贷每月就要付$1800左右.
