去拉斯维加斯买房 -- 怎样？

        有网友联系我，问去拉斯维加斯买房是否合适，本人只曾经去赌过，从未去看过那里的房，更没有在那里当地主的经验，所以没有发言权，据网友说，目前只有那里的房还算便宜，而且也在快速升值，或许是个好机会。

        受网友之托，在这里贴一篇，希望赌城的地主，中介，房管，踊跃发言，或许能给大家开辟一条发财的“金光大道”，本地主也希望能长见识，在此不胜感谢！
