房租契约到期，如果房客无意搬走，我可以请经纪人带人看房吗？

请教一个问题，我和房客的租约马上就要到期了，到期后我不打算再租给他，因为他总拖欠房租。按租约规定，我已经提前两个月通知他不续约，但是他现在没有任何找房子的动作。像这样的情况，我可以开始登广告，或请经济人在门上挂锁盒，带人看房吗？
