RE-FINANCE/RE-MORTGAGE/WHATEVER TO GET CASH FROM EQUITY ==> USE THIS LEVERAGE TO BUY OTHER INVESTMENT with 0-10% DOWN => FEED SMALL MONEY PER MONTH PLUS RENTER'S MONEY TO HOLD => REPET THIS LEVERAGE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN UNTIL NO ROOM LEFT.

The fundamental assumption for this game is that the whole atomic reaction chain has to be in booming phase of RE. Otherwise, this game can not be excuted at all or you will get little left at the end.
