since we on the topic of networking, since the beginning of time, my dream is turn this forum into a forum of networking all chinese landlords together.
1. compile a list of chinese landlords nationwide, including landlords, PMs, realtors, brokers, loan officers, and all licensed professionals.
2. grouping all small investors together, turn this forum into a real holding company, that may control 2000+ units and gain media recognition and national foot print.
yes this may be all day dreaming, but since we did the surveys few month back, I had exchange ideas with many forum members, and begin to lay groundwork for thus group project, we may start small but hopefully all the baby steps can lead to giant success.
